You should send your latest audiogram report scan copy to us at our email shrobonee@gmail.com. We will deliver your order at your doorstep within 15 days from order date. Please remember that you must confirm your order detail to us at 9830074043. So that we can track your online order properly.
Shrobonee do not provide hearing aids ordered online to those who are new to fit hearing aid for first time. As hearing aid to be selected and fitted in our center after proper hearing test and hearing aid trial. So, new user are requested not to order online instead they are requested to come to our center for proper hearing aid selection and fitting.
User(s) of programmable digital hearing aid(s) should come to our center for hearing aid programming. This to be done as per his or her audiogram report after buying it online.
